Cleaning the filling that is among the tiles

No matter how clean your tiles are, if the filling, or the grout between them is dirty, the appearance is not pleasant. Because the grout between the tiles and the area is not as smooth, dirt accumulates in these spaces because of everyday use such as walking on a tile floor or prepare food on tile countertops. The grout cleaning also maintains hygiene countertops and floors, since along with dirt, bacteria are removed.

You will need

  • A broom
  • A cloth
  • Grout Cleaner
  • A toothbrush
  • A mixture of equal parts bleach and water
  • Mop
  • Warm, soapy water
  • Grout Sealer

Instructions

  1. Barre or clean the surface of the tiles with a cloth to remove surface dirt.
  2. Apply a grout cleaner brush teeth old. Rub the grout brush teeth, or you can dip the brush teeth in a mixture of equal parts bleach and water and scrub the grout with the solution.
  3. Let the cleaner or mixture of bleach and water act 10 to 20 minutes on the surface so they can absorb the dirt.
  4. Spend a clean, damp cloth on the grout. If you’re cleaning a tile floor, a mop happens with warm, soapy water all over the floor surface. Otherwise, pass a cloth with warm soapy water on the surface.

Tips and Warnings

  • Apply grout sealer to prevent stains.
